CAN WE REALLY LIVE WITHOUT JUDGEMENTS ??
JUDGEMENTS, what are they ? How does it affect us ? Is it really possible to live without judging anyone ?This one JUDGEMENT word creates lots of questions , so exactly what is judgement , well (according to me) it is an opinion or thought that comes to our mind when we see someone or talk to them . From all the judgemental thoughts that come in our mind , we create IMPRESSION . Impression in itself is another topic , but the entire impression which we create about the specific person (somehow or the other) is going to bother us , sometimes for the whole day or sometimes for the whole year.
But what causes us to create judgement ? I guess our PERSPECTIVE, our EGO . There are many types of judgements that comes in our mind after seeing someone like he /she is rude, he /she is sweet , he /she is not my type ,or I may vibe with him/her , it can be positive or negative ,and many of the times this judgements which we have created may turn out to be right or wrong , but the impact of these judgements stay with us for longer period of time , and due to that judgemental impact in our mind we block various relations , what if that person you thought might be some kind (according to your judgemental thought) may not turn out like that ?
Sometimes judgements like he/she is over smart ,or he / she doesn't know anything better than me , and many more of these kinds of egocentric judgements come to mind , but WHY THEY COME?? Well, I guess it is because we are so into ourselves and we just have a (toxic kind of ) ego in our mind about ourselves , that we refuse to accept the fact that someone can be smarter than us . It is not necessary to be good at everything . It is good to think you are great , but never forget that someone can be greater than you.
JUDGEMENT is one of the thing that we can't stop coming to our mind but we can decide how much impact this judgement should leave on our mind .
So, at the end one thing which i want to conclude is that , never judge anyone without giving them a chance, otherwise you never know what you will miss.
( And also, NEVER let judgement ruins your mental peace , because nothing is worthy enough than mental peace)
